Littleton City and Community
Littleton is a large area in the southern part of the Denver Metro Area. Littleton is the county seat for Arapahoe County and covers much of the vibrant south metro Denver area.
The city maintains twenty-six neighborhood parks, two golf courses, a two-rink enclosed ice arena, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a multi-purpose recreation center. Additionally, there are over thirty miles of bike trails through residential neighborhoods plus almost twenty miles of biking or walking trails along the Highline Canal.

In addition to its well-maintained older dwellings, Littleton boasts single- and multi-family homes ranging from semi-custom to custom design in both older and newer neighborhoods, plus condominiums, town-homes and apartments.

Parker, Colorado Information:
Parker is a lively community in the southeast area of Denver Metro Area situated deep in the heart of equestrian country. Decades-old pine trees tower over recently built houses, and contemporary downtown buildings are purposely built low to give residents unobstructed views of Pike's Peak to the southwest and Long'sPeak to the northwest.

Evergreen, Colorado Information:
Evergreen is probably the best known of the mountain communities, a place where city and mountain living come together. At an altitude of more than 7,000 feet, Evergreen sprawls between Mount Evans on the south to Lookout Mountain on the north. Vast stands of pine forest, abundant wildlife, beautiful mountain vistas, and quality housing attract those who want the advantages of a big city without the big city problems. The town proper is located on both sides of beautiful Bear Creek.
